Intranet Cheating

How can I access internet while it is being blocked by the server in the intranet. The internet connection can only go to .gov.ph sites, .com, .ph and others cant be opened. Need any help!!!

Your network is either using a proxy server or a Firewall. If the network perimeter security is well implemented and maintained, i believe you can't.
