I'll help update this post from time to time. Guys help me out. Let's Include other provinces as well. Mods how do you keep this 1st post at the top of the thread?

2. Da Vinci's Pizza Jones - you have to buy something (I think mineral water would be okay) to get the password.
3. Golden Peak Hotel - if you are staying
5. AMCNet near Lahug Elementary School - free, but will kick you out after five minutes
6. Marco Polo Hotel - you can do it near the gate
7. iStore Ayala - free
8. Outpost - free
9. Calabria - free
10. Argao Plaza - free
11. Bo's - 1 hr free for a cup of coffee
12. xiamen - free with any purchase

Confirmed wireless hotspots in Cebu City (blame me if not all or none at all works):

1. Da Vinci's Pizza Jones - you have to buy something (I think mineral water would be okay) to get the password.

2. Mango Square - used to be free but they're selling the access now.

3. Rajah Park Hotel lobby - I don't know how you can get the access, but there is a hotspot there.

4. Golden Peak Hotel - if you are staying

confirmed ni. but in Calabria you need to pay 25/hr if you want to use their AC outlet.


One mango has free hotspots, i.e. Mr. Coffee. then naa sad mga pabayad like titus.
But if you want no hassle, just buy something in xiamen, handuraw, etc then you can use the free access there.
