    How do you know if you are suffering from verbal abuse syndrome? -->
    how can you differentiate it from purely having a "bad mood" into foul use of language

    A Bad mood is when all sorts of things come out of your mouth and then when you cool down and all the profanity has been mentioned you stop.

    It becomes a syndrome when out of nowhere you suddenly use profane language all the time and with no care at all. And you don't mind that you've used the same word over a hundred times....

    but if you're used to saying profanities in any ordinary conversation then there's your abuse. it might sound ordinary to say the bad words but others might see you in different light kung binastos ra puro gawas sa imo baba. sa opinion nko...

    ...you shouldn't make it as an excuse that you're in a "bad mood" just so you can justify using a "bad word"!

    People can have a bad mood without speaking. A verbal abuser's problem goes further beyond just having a bad mood.

    verbal abuse can also be an excuse for silly people who think they are bullied.
