What's your ultimate console controller guys?

I'm liking the Xbox360 Controller at the moment (based on the Controller S from the original Xbox). Not too big, not too small, very comfy with my hands and it just feels right esp with FPS games.
The Playstation Dual-Shock always hurts my hands.
The GameCube one feels cheap & toyish
