For what you need the certificate? For employment? I think companies now are not looking for certificates or educational records especially on programming jobs. They now require experience and more portfolios from an applicant.

I suggest, if you can study on your own, master it and make dummy websites to be your own portfolios then you are surely be hired to any company you want. You can save money instead of enrolling to schools or training centers which only teach you the Basics of it. You already know the basics, don't you?
