Does it really requires you to use outlook 2007? cause its more complicated to use Microsoft products than just clicking the buttons offered by the open source community... well, just wanna know papi.... well, i think... just dont check the checkbox telling you to remember your accounts password...

i think dili gihapon safe bisan i-uncheck nimo ang 'remember password'. password is required lang para recieve ug send messages. once na download na nimo ang mail, naa na to xa sa inbox. kun naay mo-open sa outlook makabasa jud to xa sa mga downloaded messages sa inbox, di nga lang xa maka-receive incoming/new messages.

i think this is only good when you are connected to an exchange server because if it is just for a single PC, we will need a password to open the pst file..

Exactly, for you to be able to access a certain account, it really requires someones access to get to it... by that simple feature it offers (Microsoft), i think its a solution to the said problem.
