Admin accounts are always password protected and built in. ajol is right if it is a company computer then you are not authorized to change the setting. you can google for tools. i have one on cd.

you need to be logged in as admin or else you cant execute that command. kung nakalogin ka as user you will still need to append admin credential sa end sa command (u:Administrator password)

theres no way for you to change admin pwd if youre designated as a user only.

talk to the admin..
