PAYMENT SCHEMES:
1. Reservation Fee of Php 50,000 or US$1,250.00 valid for 60 days
a. To be paid in cash and on date check
b. Deductible from downpayment of the Total Contract Price.
2. 10% discount for FULL SPOT CASH payment or EXTENDED CASH payment up to six (6) months.
3. Bank Financing
a. 30% Downpayment payable in equal installment for 3 months from reservation date
b. 70% thru bank financing
4. In-House Financing
a. Downpayment payable within 60 days from reservation date
b. Amortization shall start 30 days from date of full down payment
This is not subject to any discount.
Terms Minimum Downpayment Balance Interest
1 YR 10% Open Lots; 20% Town Homes payable in 12 equal monthly installments 0%
2 YRS 10% Open Lots; 20% Town Homes payable in 24 equal monthly installments 9.25% / pa
3 YRS 10% Open Lots; 20% Town Homes payable in 36 equal monthly installments 9.50% / pa
5 YRS 10% Open Lots; 20% Town Homes payable in 60 equal monthly installments 9.75% / pa
5. Terms and Conditions:
a. All installment payments should be covered by Post Dated Checks (PDC's)
b. All checks should be made payable to F3 Properties, Inc.
