i think only the TelCo to which the phone was bought (thru remote reset via the enterprise server) or the Blackberry service center can do a reset.

unsa ni nga security code imo pasabot, sa BB8310 or sa SIM mismo? to identify, insert ang SIM sa lain nga fone if mangayo ba gihapon ug security code and try inserting a different SIM also sa BB8310.

if ang security code is sa SIM, ang network carrier ra maka remove ana if nalimot naka, tawag sa customer service. pero if ang security code is sa BB8310, mura imo jud na ireinstall ang firmware sa device para ma delete tanan data.

Did you mean network code? Kung butangan nimo ug lain na simcard, mangayo ug code?

You have options, either mag request ka sa network operator kung asa na gikan

Or gamit ka sim emulator para makagamit ka ug local sim diri.
