The latest now would be the E8xxx series and the Q9xxx series based on the Core 2 duo micro architecture and shrunk down to 45nm ( from 65nm ) transistor size.

e8xxx starts at 9k to 10k. (at least mao na akong nakita dri.)

nangatol na akong kamot sa mga processor na ni. lolz!
