yes..to be sure download a utility called..

ComboFix.exe

install and run.

just let it run..it will audit ur pc scripts..
and remove all illegitimates.

and then install a nod32 if u can buy an original one..very gud.

then go to explorer > tools > folder options > view > uncheck : hide protected operating systems file >...

then u may able to see a -h attributed .vbs.dll file and the autorun.inf < delete these!

then go to explorer > tools > folder options > view > check : hide protected operating systems file >...

Yes its a virus. it would be best to divide your HD into partitions. This way, when your HD get's infected your files stay in tact.

Also, I have observed that this is a common problem with Pirated Operating Systems. The licensed OS receive updates for this. I ave encountered this once before but i forgot what steps i did. mag 3 years ago or 2 kapin...
