DirectX 9.0c installation

Mga bro, i am having trouble installing directx 9.0c. I tried installing it but when i open the diagnostic tool the current version is still 9.0b. Any suggestions?

d n man kag direct x 9c? sa cd sa mobo or dwnlod sa intrnet? basig b rana imo gi install, gi resstart nimo ang pc after installation?

at first i tried installing from the mobo...then nagdownload pud ko...wla ghapon..

kabalo ka motan-aw unsa imo gi install?
tried to read the EULA kay naa didto if 9c ba or 9b imo install..

no problem here, directx9.0c sdk akong g install.
