Anybody here were able to access their
subscriber@smartbro.net account using a 3rd party e-mail client i.e outlook express or Thunderbird, etc... For how many times i called up the CSRs about this issue. Though i can be able to receive mails sent to my smartbro.net email account but dili ko ka send, both thru an email client (in my case Outlook Express). here is the error message:

I have tried any email address, same error. i even tried sending to a persons who are POP email subscriber (paying/not webmails) with the thought in my mind (weird thoughts, hehheehe) na naka blocked sa smartbro ang lahat ng web-based emails hehehe. Pero pareho parin ang error.
ang pop and smtp server settings as per tech. support are the ff:
pop server::> pop.smartbro.net
smtp server::> smtp.smartbro.net
server ports:
smtp : 110
pop : 25
mga bro/sis... share naman kayo experience nyo sa smartbro accounts nyo aron sadya ta dire wahahahaha....
katawa nlang ta ani sa serbisyong way klaro.
