The Johanniter-Unfall-Hilfe, an International NGO currently implementing various social development projects in some parts of the Visayas and Mindanao is currently looking for:
FINANCE/ADMIN ASSISTANT
Duty Station : Cebu City
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Undertake the recording and filing of monthly excel of transactions;
- Undertake the processing and filing of receipts and invoices of all transactions;
- Handle procurement of ordinary office supplies for country office use;
- Undertake the preparation, remittance and reporting to the proper agencies of mandatory payments – BIR, PHIC, HDMF, SSS;
- Handle and prepare payment of monthly bills – electricity, internet, mobile, rent, water etc.;
- Assist the Finance and Admin Manager in the monthly uploading of ProAbis transactions into the Sharepoint;
- Undertakes the accomplishment of BIR book of accounts;
- Maintain personnel/administrative files of the office;
- Performs other related responsibilities as required or assigned by the FM or CD.
Skills Required:
- Knowledgeable in Microsoft Office Applications such as Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Word
- Must possess good written and oral communication skills
- Must be highly organized and has keen attention to small details
- Ability to multi-task, work under pressure and meet deadlines required
- Must possess high level of trustworthiness and confidentiality
Requirements:
- Candidates must possess at least a Bachelor’s/College Degree (Finance/Accounting or equivalent is a plus)
- Preferably with experience related to the job required
- With pleasing personality
- Required Language(s): English, Filipino, Bisaya
