bitaw...i know CIT also has better engineering graduates than many of the schools mentioned here. apila sab ninyo ang uban schools in the province.. misleading kaayo ang choices and presupposes that they are the only "better" schools around in cebu. what about Indiana Aerospace University in Lapu2x, Benedicto College in Mandaue, Cebu Tech School and etc?

hala ngano mana ang USC? hahaha! ingon ako sis na taga USC wa daw au ila school..hehehe! mas arang2x kuno USJR ky permi pasar PAASCU..ang USC wa. hehehe!

When it comes to standards, I'd pick UP, but overall, I'd pick USC. I've been to both schools.

UPCEBU!!! di lang nga bias ko ha, kay up sad ko gikan (di lang fine arts), but ive heard that Up cebu offered the first fine arts course outside of manila.. wa lang, a lil history.. plus, the teachers there are great.
