Note: Buyer is from Ayosdito however posting it here para ma-aware din ang ibang sellers dito incase ma-encounter niyo sya.

This buyer tried to decieve me. He told me that he is helping his friend in buying a phone.

Scenario :

After almost 15 minutes of checking the phone while we are at the food court...

Scammer : Akyat uli tayo sa cyberzone sa may case logic, nandoon yung friend ko naghihintay
Seller : Okay

Scammer was looking around then asked me to take a seat near istore. Scammer approached the girl seating at the coffee station in-front of case logic (it seems first time pa lang nila magkita). Nag-usap sila at nilabas ng girl ang box ng samsung corby 2, tiningnan ng scammer ang phone at ang box. After a few minutes lumapit uli sa akin ang scammer.

Scammer : Gusto kasi makita ng friend ko yung samsung s3 mini bago niya bilhin.
Seller : Okay (I handed him the box with the unit inside)

Bumalik ang scammer sa table ng girl ipinakita niya ang S3. After a few minutes lumapit uli sa akin ang scammer.

Scammer : Pwede paki-ask sa owner kung pwede trade galaxy ace2 + alcaterl glory + samsung corby2 + cash
Seller : Ahm No trades, Cash ang prefer ng owner. Diba you agreed before we meet up?
Scammer : Sige na try mo lang ask.

Bumalik uli ang scammer sa table ng girl. I was looking at them, he waived and gave me hand signal wait.After a few minutes bumalik uli ang scammer sa upuan ko.

Scammer :Pwede pa ba ma-less ang price?
Seller : You agreed on the fix and final price kaya nga ako nandito.
Scammer : Ahm ayaw ko kasi sana mag-withdraw, kaya sige na baka pwede ma-less pa ang price.
Seller : Final last price na yung binigay ko sayo. You agreed!
Scammer :Sige punta muna ako sa ATM para mag-withdraw
Seller : Asan na yung phone?
Scammer : Ahh yung phone, nasa friend ko (he was referring to the girl na nasa coffee station), hintayin niyo lang ako dito. Kukuha lang ako ng money.
Seller : (Looking at the table, and seeing that the samsung s3 isn't there) Wala sa table ang Samsung S3 mini.
Scammer : Ahh wait

Lumakad ang scammer pabalik sa lamesa ng girl, sinundan ko siya at hindi ko nakita na hawak ng girl ang samsung S3 or ang box. Tapos sabi ng scammer sa girl "wait, babalik ako". Umalis sya sa table ng girl at sinundan ko sya hanggang sa tapat ng istore.

Seller : Asan na yung phone !?
Scammer : Ahh kukuha lang ako ng pera sa ATM, hintayin mo na lang ako dito or gusto mo hintayin mo ako sa table ng friend ko.
Seller : Ibalik mo na sa akin yung phone!
Scammer : Ahh sama ka na lang sa akin mag-withdraw.
Seller : Hindi, dito lang ako. Ibigay mo muna sa akin ang phone!
Scammer :Babayaran naman kita, hintayin mo lang ako dito at yung phone nasa friend ko gusto mo hintayin mo na lang ako doon sa table niya.
Seller : Wala yung phone sa friend mo ! Ibalik mo na sa akin yung phone ! At hindi ako sasama sa iyo !


Scammer opened his black clutch bag at inabot sa akin ang box. Sabi niya kukuha lang daw siya ng pera sa ATM. Kinuha ko agad yung box at tiningnan kung nandoon pa ba ang phone sa loob. Pagkatapos ko ma-confirm na nandoon sa loob ng box ang item ko, Tumalikod na ako at umalis. I approached the girl waiting at the coffee station.


Seller : Miss, friend mo ba yung guy na kausap mo kanina
Girl : Hindi, ngayon ko lang sya na-meet, sabi niya bibilhin daw ng friend nya yung samsung corby 2, at ikaw yung sinabi niyang bibili, mahilig ka daw sa phone, kaya kahit marami ka nang phone bibilhin mo parin daw ito.
Seller : Miss, hindi ko sa sya friend, buyer din sya ng item ko. Sabi niya friend daw kayo at ikaw ang bibili ng samsung mini na binebenta ko. Muntik na nga niya ma-itakbo itong item ko dahil sabi niya nasa iyo daw yung S3, tapos nag-mamadali siyang umalis para mag-withdraw ng pera.
Girl: Hah sinabi niya na nasa akin ang S3?, wala sa akin ang S3, sabi niya sa akin kukuha lang siya ng pera sa ATM.
Seller : Buti na lang nabawi ko yung phone, paano na lang kung naniwala ako na friend kayo at nasa iyo ang S3 mini..

The guy used this girl as a front to decieved me. I believe victim din ang girl katulad ko. Buti na lang hindi sya nakalusot.

I called the girl who was selling the corby 2 because I found her ad at ayosdito, I asked her if she was able to get any information.
...He works at Mepz2, unfortunately we don't know his name. When he showed up today, he was wearing a light blue polo shirt embroidered with SCI(yellow)

Do you have any picture of him so that I will know and I may able to help you, we can call his attention and report to the HR..Blue polo means he is Maintenance or production supervisor,RED polo w/ SCI are office personnel..

OMG!! kaayo ko ganina sa AYOSDITO nga buyer/trader oi.... I have an ip4 which was open for trade and a girl contacted me nga trade daw niya ug galaxy note 2... then add pah giud siya ug cash... the thing is korean daw but still thats like 50% profit in my end... but i was already skeptical judging by our sms exchange because of a number of reasons:

1.) no samsung apps
2.) no character limit
3.) unusually low price and too good to be true situation

So we meet in SM then turned out China 1:1 copy sa Note 2; If i was not knowledgeable with androids i could have traded it, its that good of a copy everything is a perfect match... you need good attention to detail to spot the differences.

i'll keep her phone number private for now kay wala ka kibaw basin she really thought that its was a genuine unit... but i still have my doubts... you be the judge.

Alot of sellers that are selling clone samsung products doesnt say China copy, they all say from Korea some even say its premium blah blah
