you can get the six pack after reaching a body fat percentage of 15%.. it should be visible.. by that time... proper nutrition, exercise and importantly cardio.... you don't have to do a million ab exercises... because i only do 4 ab exercises.. 3 sets of 15-25 reps... two times a week.. and i got the six pack..
3-5% sa bodybuilding contest... but true.. the lesser the fat percentage the more defined the abs.. I haven't tried getting dry though.. bcoz i'm not joining any competition..Originally Posted by goryo13
