luoy kay it's either they're overworked or underpaid or both! well, that is, if they are even employed at all! that's why i don't blame them for wanting to work abroad.

daghang nurses pero nag call center nalang ky li worth ang pay pag mag nurse ka,,gamai kaayo,,tarong bah nah??tsk,, and isa pasad dghan pud unemployed,,maong ang uban mag abroad nlang tawn bahala ug dili nurse basta ky maka abroad,,,maka save man gud ug dali,,hehehe

Let me point out something: how do you expect a fresh grad nurse to know everything? she knows the basics but the actual field is a different world. Oh niagi pagka student nurse..but the point is...nag-unsa xa pagkstudent nurse?nagtext2x?ngpicture2x?

You have to accept the fact that there will always be a margin of error...even the best trained nurses....everytime they punch in for their shift..there is always a risk nga masaup cla...

do you know unsa ila i ampo inig panso nila sa bundy clock..."ayaw lang tawn ko pasayupa arong adlawa."

it is funny how you say...dapat ma competent before mutrabaho....trainings?seminars? tendency after sa training makalimtan...kung walay application..tanan nakat-onan mahanaw ra...

volunteer?same thing....real life situation...real patients....unsaon man pag competent ana before mutrabahotrabaho naman nah.

sa pagskwela?let me tell you something..ang mabuhat sa student nurse...limited ra kaau..kai naa cla limitations sa area...

gusto ninyo perfect ang nurse..have you forgotten..taw ang nurse....way taw na perfect....usa ray perfect..ug di xa matupngan...

I understand the risks bro..i know the risks..in fact...the risks are drilled in my head....

but let me tell you something...despite the training i had...sa pgkastudent....I learned a whole lot sa actual experience..and no...i did not kill anyone..and yes..i made some mistakes...

kung competent nurses ang storyahan...dapat magsugod sa skwelahan mismo....that's where the basic training starts...how can you train..kung walay hospital ang skul mismo...

naa rana sa nurse bro ug magtanga-tanga cya....dawata nlng ang kamatuoran nga naa juy nurse masaup...despite the need for perfection....

kanang skills na learn sa school...kelangan na buhaton...over and over again..until di na magkurog ang kamot....

another thing....grabe na ang job burn out sa nurses karon...tungod jd sa sweldo na lami hagkan....

i agree super duper agree,, dili jud lalim uie,,katong student paku sus tawn every duty ampuan jud naku,,na unta li ko masaup,,li lalim nag deal gud kag life,,its really hard,,hinaot lang unta ang pinas magmatngon,,na unta ang mga lisud ug work worth sad unta ang madwat na sweldo,,
