    hello, good morning...wala pa man naka start any site development.
    for the payment, mahibal-an nato kung naa bay equity na bayaran
    kung ma release na nila ang final pricelist.

    so you mean kato ilaha gi alocate na lot dili pato final ilaha pricelist? ang ilaha lang is mo reserve ang tawo? i hope they can settle this as soon as possible dili lang unta ipa asa sa mga tao. kay sa ako nasabtan basta dili langka molapas ug 35sqm kay 400k ragyud cya but if naa excess lot mao nana mo pay ka additional. hopefully filinvest will make a way asap para dili mag asa ang mga tao. its hard kung nag expect naa ng tao then they will name a price na dayon.fair to the clients langsad unta.

    excuse me ha...ask lang ko, naka submit ba mo LOI ug cheke, nya ako ang inyong ahente?
    kay sa akong nahinumduman, tanan ko na client nakahibalo nga naay possible na miscellaneous fee para sa pagprocess sa documents like transfer of title, nya mahibal-an lang ang tanan kung makapagawas na final info ang FILINVEST, mao bitaw nanigurado sad ang developer, LOI ra ug cheke ang gipangayo para ANYTIME as long as wala pa ka pirmahanay ug contrata, FREE ang buyer mo widraw, wala syay bayaran mi singko sentimos.

    Yes tania I already submitted my LOI and two checks coz duha ka unit ang akoa gi reserve. The check is under FILINVEST of course mo tawag lang daw cla kung isulod na nila ( we trust them in that way, anytime pwede mana nila isulod without our permission since naa mana signature namo dba?). This is not my first time buying a property sa uban mangud na developer I know nga naa gyud na fees but it will not matter gamay raman sad nuon na. Ang amoa lang is wala man mo naka sure if it's really for 400k kung wala lang ni excess ang lot? Purchasing a house inside a subdivision i assume mangyud na nimo nga naa fees like sa connection sa electric,water,h/o etc etc...

    What I am referring to you is you mentioned above na for paymentabout equity if naa or wala? dba you sell it as no equity as long as wala langka ni excess sa lot area? dba mao na ang explanation sa FILINVEST? That is what I get from one of the sales staff cause I deal directly from them.

    Para sa uban nga naka reserve. As far as I understood sa amoa istorya sa amoa contact sa FILINVEST.
    If your getting 35sq meter na area wala langka ni exceed ana fix ang rate na 400k. But if youre getting corner lot or anything nga ni exceed ka that would be another computation mao nga gi consider nila na equity nimo.If I loan nimo sa PAGIBIG you can loan the 400k but ikaw na ang mo process direct to PAGIBIG.

    FYI Transfer of title will follow kung ma fully paid na ang house and as a law ang buyer gyud mobayad ani,
    Capital Tax gain and transfer. Kung I PAG IBIG ni cya contract to sell tngale ang makuha ug ang Tax Declaration that is what I get from my other properties.

    ang mas maayo hulaton na lng nato ang final pricelist sa FILINVEST kay sa tinuod lang everytime mangutana ko sa marketing staff nila for any updates para i-feedback sad nako sa akong mga clients ilang tubag is hulat lang sa...
