    1. Keep doing the same things you did as a District Leader.
      • Recruit
      • Field Train
      • Build Leaders
    2. Don’t let negative people, losers, people who disappoint you, and rejections destroy your attitude.
      • Always be positive
    3. Understand that people’s negative attitudes are caused because:
      • They aren’t winning
      • They don’t believe they can win
      • They quit
    4. You must always be a “winning example.” (You must always
      do it first.)
    5. You must have local success before your people believe.
(Not good enough for just company leaders to win.)
    6. You must have your priorities in order. (A lousy spiritual,
personal and family life equals a lousy business life.)
    7. You can’t tell your people what you think most of the time –
Can’t lose patience. This is an endurance contest.
    8. Don’t let your overrides dictate every dicision.
      • Do what’s right
      • Honor your commitments even if it costs you
      • Your reputation is everything
    9. Be tough
      • Want to quit – but can’t
      • Get tired – but can’t rest
      • Believe – when everyone doubts
    10. Don’t mess with your people’s money
      • Don’t sell anything to your people
      • Don’t charge your people rent, fees, etc
    11. Work hard.
      • Hard work makes up for mistakes
      • Build with a series of 90 day commitments
      • Always keep prospecting – Builds mental toughness
    12. The key to maintaining an exciting atmosphere
      • Keep ‘em coming and going
      • Pass negatives up and positives down
    13. Contact someone everyday and thank, congratulate and
motivate them – Don’t wait, you will only discuss
      problems if you do.
    14. Make your people feel good and special

Thanks sir, tinabangay lang ta hatag ug info. Hehehe! I'm into Financial brokerage business. I know how exciting going out in the field coz you meet a lot of people from any kinds of background. Strong business nowadays is to have the strong relationship with your clients and have total commitment to your team. Small capital but you need a lot of effort and hardwork before you earn the income that you dreamed about but you must meet a lot of challenges before you become successful.

And I know Art Williams also go through these challenges before he became a billionaire and I know how to win.

Winners always find a way to win while losers always find a way to quit.

i've been busy building a strong team in my network... and the growth
is overwhelming in just a matter of weeks...

you want to know the secret of exponential growth? you have to give up to go up...

that means im not building my name as the "superstar" of the group... instead i promote and develop some people in my team to become the recognized "superstars" (believe me, im contented being in the background as the proud "little" mentor)...

.... so far, i have 4 "superstars"... i intend to build 8 more leaders this year....

it's not easy to find and build leaders from scratch....

i'd rather go with new bloods (first-time networkers) rather than go with old networkers. oftentimes you cant teach old dogs with new tricks.

one istoryan told me, "smurks, i'll join your team. teach me to become a better person. kay mang-giulawon ko. first time ko pa sa networking."

and i said to this person "i dont care if you dont have the skills... as long as you have the desire and attitude... i'll turn you into a winner... forget the money you'll earn, ang importante is you become the best person you can ever be in doing the business... when that happens, bisan unsa pa nga negosyo ang imong sudlan, you'll develop the habit of not giving up and you'll gain the people skills they dont teach in school."

my quest for finding the "diamonds" in every person isnt over yet...

salamat sa mga nag-PM nako who wants to join my team...

    but i must warn you...
this is not a walk in the park...
this is not a get-rich quick scheme...
this business takes 2-3 years of planting for you to become a success...
but i'll be with you along the way...

FYI: once in awhile i face some bumps (they sometimes call it "failures") but i dont mind it... hayaan mo lang yang lubak... ang mahalaga eh dumating ka dun sa lugar na gusto mong puntahan... (ang sagwa kong mag-tagalog.. hehehe)

when i talk to people, i never fail to tell and ask them "now after listening everything, knowing there's only a "slim" chance of you earning big and it's gonna depend entirely on your attitude, you still want to become a part of my team?" .... and most of them says "yes smurks. count me IN." (hey, not all of them joins. that's reality.)

how bout you? do you give false promises to entice people to join your network? i hope not...

How my downline get 63 downlines in 2 weeks?

    This is what he did . . . .

    (sandali lang to... promise)

meron akong tanong sayo. if it's not too much
to ask: "how are you doing with your MLM business"?

.... are you doing pretty well in this
business with many downlines (good for you)
under your leadership? (thanks as well to your
    uplines' assistance)

... or you still have few downlines under your
team? ilang buwan mo ng ginagawa ang
negosyo? mag-iisang taon ka na ba at wala ka
    pa ring resulta?

let me tell you a little secret...
do you know why most PEOPLE DONT JOIN
    network marketing? it's because....

    - they dont like selling (ayaw na ayaw nilang magbenta)

    - they have low self-esteem (nahihiya silang humarap sa
tao and they dont have a high confidence level)

    - they heard negative publicity of the business (because
some networkers dont know how to do the business "professionally" or the media make the MLM industry looks bad)

    - they dont want to change (people in general are not
prepared to change their attitude and habits)

    - they dont understand how to do the business

    - and lastly... they dont think they can do it .... ahemm....

... and so i decided to do a little research... (im
finding ways na mas madaling gawin ng kahit
    sinong downlines ko ang negosyo)

... it just took me 2 hours and 5 days to finish
this research... hehehe dont mind me... it's a little
sacrifice im willing to pay coz i want to give the
    best sa grupo ko.

more importantly... i want my people to
    EARN... (there ive said it)

    ...and my efforts paid off...

a couple of days ago, i discovered a "system" na hindi pa
kahit kailan ginawa dito sa Pilipinas.... i'm about to share
this system to everyone in my entire network...

in 2 weeks time, dahil ginamit ko ang system na to, around 63 people joined my team.... (imagine, it's just an experiment on my part)...... im about to teach this concept to my team para lalong lumakas ang grupo ko...

this system was used in Puerto Rico a few years ago...
there's this experiment... 3 "shy" people in one small
city of Puerto Rico were selected to join a certain
    networking company...

    here's the scenario:
    - the city has 200 plus MLM companies...
    - the 3 guys have no "network marketing" experience
    - theyre ordinary employees
    - they dont like selling
    - they have low self-esteem
    - they have NO Leadership experience

(in short, mga "virgin" pa sila sa negosyong 'to!)...

    ...and something amazing happened!!!
these 3 "shy" persons developed a whooping 10,000 downlines each under their network by just simply following this system after 1 year.

heres what i thought: why not do the system here in the philippines?

if these "shy" people made 10,000 downlines in one year, there's no reason why my team cant do it ...

the good thing is... i've figured out "the system".

with this system, any downlines are not obligated to
    mention about:
    - the product
    - the marketing plan
    - the company

and yet people still join them... (ang kagandahan nito,
eh sila pa ang kukulitin ng prospects para lang ma-explainan ng business)

the good thing about this system is... kahit driver man, high school drop-out, senior citizen, empleyado, o kahit sinong Juan dele Cruz eh kaya tong gawin. (the most important requirement: BASTA MERON LANG PANGARAP)

will talk to you later... (got a network to build)

    wanna learn" the system" ?

PM me right away or else somebody else will. .

remember: "speed is the name of the game"

P.S. im looking for leaders to develop under my team.
