sakto,di jud ma pugos.the gf has the right to refuse to testify as witness..it is just her moral obligation to the parents of her ex-bf.sa gika-ingon, konsyenya na lang jud niya.kay dunay instances na ang prosecutor can issue a warrant of arrest to arrest the complainant in order for him to testify... pero di sa witness/es. we can nver also raise a case for just a mere speculation nga they conspire that result to the killing of the bf nor issue an arrest judging her to be one of the accessories to the crime, since she was just the lone witness, not unless the suspect,who i blve is now in jail will squeal that the gf is one of them. pero di jud puwede mapugos nga mo testify ang gf.kung wa siyay kalooy,wa jud tay mabuhat kung di jud siya..now my question is, nag file ba ug affidavit ang babae?
