hi guys, glad i found this thread, gave me info on IC business. im planning kasi to open one. found a place which is quite big for 15thousand rental, would like to start with 8 units. i would like to ask lang kung i need to be a member of a group or association (cebu) when i open an internet cafe? i heard meron daw mga raids and stuff like that? can some1 give clarifications about this? also do i need to buy all the original OS for the each unit? medyo mahal yata hehehhe thanks!

15t rental for 8 units only? malulugi ka yata dito bro. mahirapan ka mag overcome your monthly expenses. ( i think ).

absolutely no no for that rental of 15T for only 8 units...
i think you can find another place with lesser rental kasi for sure you'll have difficulties on your monthly expenses...i have a friend nga mag open this week nang cafe then 8t lang ang rental for 15 units...
please read above na mga post in this thread kasi there are things to do on how to calculate first your dues, expenses and etc...i think galing kay Janine yun...

thanks guys, i think ill make it 10 units to start the cafe, actually its a two storey building and i still dont know what to do with the 2nd floor. i might make it an office or pa rent ko lang kaya. Also dont know what permits to get, any idea guys? thanks again... by the way, babae po ako hehehhe
