    KUNG ug KUNG mkapasar ka....aw SWERTE ka kay makuha nimo ang 4k na Bonus!! Ug kung pa signun na ka sa CONTRACT na e deploy nka nila sa FLOOR....AW SWERTE na gyud kaayo ka kay mkadawat na gyud ka ug SWELDO NIMO!!!

    Put yourself in the COMPANY's shoes na ikaw ang AMO...imung gipaskwela ug FREE imung MAID or YAYA or anybody na dili nimo ka ano-ano, dayun dili na or dili gyud mu render ug SERVICE sa inyung house?? Malipay kaha ka?? Hayahaya sa imung maid sah?? FREE pa kaon, FREE pa iskwela, dayun dili na mu trabaho para nimo?? Even scholars do a bit of service sa school like help out sa library or sa laboratory!!

    If it is TRUE na employees sa NTW render 6 weeks (or 1 month & 2 weeks) of TRAINING with LIVE FILES=REAL WORK done without pay dayun hatagan raka ug bonus P4,000...okay ra pod uy!!!

    Kung ang sweldo in a month as an MT/GT is P10,000 (minus PAG_IBIG, TAX etc), then mahulog nga kulang pa gani na na bayad nimo sa TRAINING ilang gehatag nimo!!!

    I havent worked in NTW, but this is better than my company before na ilang ge change ang patakaran na naay TRAINING BOND which is naa kay utang sa company sa ilang pag train nimo mao na nga dapat mu render service or WORK ka sa company for 2 years and if mu resign ka nga wala ka ka abot ug 2 years, pa bayaran nimo ang ilang TRAINING nimo which was so mahal and if not, e KIHA ka nila!!!

    SO GUYS.....THINK IT OVER....

    ASA MAN KA

    FREE TRAINING?? or TRAINING BOND nga kung wala na ka kauyon sa company, dili ka mka dali2x ug resign kay makabayad ka or e KIHA ka nila!!! You DECIDE!!!

    ang akong nbantayan ba kay MOSTLY(not all) nga ni-apply sa NTW nga wa nkapasar (for short, losers) ang mga nanaot sa company... hehe...
    c'mon guys.. dwata nlng gud nga you're not really good enough pra mkapasar sa ing-ani ka high standard nga company...

    although naay juy bati sa company, it's not like puro sila bati...

    bisan ako niresign ko kay naa koy nakit-an nga dli mao or maayu pro all in all OK man sila...

    Ako dili pod ko biased kay I havent worked gyud sa NTW but am totally working for them now as Independent COntractor Woring at HOME lang!! So, far...no problem!! I am meeting my deadlines and in From Oct. 6 until now...I already made $109 worth of work!!! SO naa ra gyud na ninyu ang paningkamot!!!

    Sa mga losers na gipasabot ni brad diri na thread...paila gyud bitaw mo na ana mo ka BITTER sa company!!! hehehhe Sori ha but mao na ang reality!!!

    As for those na nibasa pa lang ani na thread dayun nahadlok na sa feedbacks....

    DONT BELIEVE ALL of THEM and SEE for YOURSELF!!! Dapat YOU BE THE JUDGE kay IKAW MAN ANG CAPTAIN of YOUR SHIP/LIFE!!!

    4) walay libre sa negosyo dapat mo bayad mo sa oras sa empleyado, I agree no company is perfect but there is always a room for improvement - uhmmm murag nag cge lang ka yaw2x diha, wla ka kahibaw na during the course of training, the company is actually paying for your training.. same goes to all companies, whether in house training or hiring from outside.. unya if mu pass mo training, naa ka 4k or 3k or 1.5k na bonus.. naka pass naka, may bonus paka. ready for employment na ka! so let's create a scenario.. you underwent training for MT or GT, tapos after working, say for about a year or two, you decided to stay home and maybe do home based transcription services... dba mapakinabangan mo na ang kad2 na training? alkansi ka? i dont think so...

    5) below minimum jud ang ila basic, kay ang basic sa region 7 is 8k naman nya wala man cla katongtong sa 8k, ni saka lang gani gamay ila pay tungod sa benefits, nya pati benefits dedakan daw. which dili na nato na matawag benefits if naa deduction, ambot lang sad ha. - sure ka wla katongtong sa 8K ang basic salary? pag sure oi!
    and are you talking about government mandated benefits? those are things you should bring up to the government not with the companies dba?? k ang company muhatag ra ng unsa makaya nila na e-give sa employees nila.. unya the government demands that GMB should be deducted from the basic salary... if magpataka lng cla ug sweldo sa employees, then ikaw as an employee ang alkansi.. what i mean is, for example, they will give you a salary of 11K just to compete with others, unya d kaya ang budget, more or less your sweldo will be delayed or kulang.. that's what happens with other companies and their employees... ask around..
    bonuses and allowances? the companies can choose not to give those or maybe e-apil na lang sa basic salary, which of course is taxable again.. so if the company decides to give you transpo allowance, free meal.. that's already an allowance and that means they are helping you in a way na di daku ang tax.. again i am not talking about NTW lang ha.. this goes to all companies.. say for example sa Sykes, gamay kaau ang basic pero they make up for allowances nlang.. para dili taxable.. that's helping you out bai!

    I've been reading the comments here and your comment, it seems to me that you are up for a vengeance to the point that you are taking it personally and even hit on the person whose views are not in line with you. words like DRUNK, NALIPONG GURU KA are totally uncalled for. WHAT IF PERSONAL INSULT ARE DIRECTED TO YOU?

    And you don't have a first hand information of the company, you just rely on "my friend", "kauban sa ako friend" you know what, TEAR, in the court of law that is what we call hearsay and its not given much weight and in some cases inadmissible....
