It can be a figure of speech in which case any unwanted, uncomfortable, and any hardship circumstances and environment an individual is in.

or the hell that is vividly and explicitly discribed by the BIBLE. it will be a reality if one dies without being saved! according to the word of GOD.

Heaven and Hell is definitely not here on earth. Kay maabot ang panahon nga ma destroyed ang earth. Mao nga impossible kaayo nga ang Heaven ug ang Hell naa ra sa earth.

because when you are being 'punished'...it only means you can still change/repent for the better good. right?.

hell is describe within the 5 senses of human beings, which is then being process by the brain.
when we die, the brain dies (do you agree?). so how can a "spirit" process this senses?.
mao pod na akong gi pangutana.haha

basun ang spirit gun ni eugene....or spirit wave ni gouko.....

or "spirit stones"....for "stoning to death" too.haha jowk

Hell is indeed a lake of fire.. and its Eternal panishment..

Revelation 20:14 states "Then Death and Hades were thrown in the lake of fire [Hell]."

Death and Hades are not the same. Death claims the human body; Hades is the abode of the soul. By implication, therefore, a distinction between body and soul is made in this passage. Draw a circle around the conjunction “and,” and reflect in your margin: Different states/distinction between body and soul.

    King James Version:

    Revelation 20:14

And death and hell were cast into the lake of fire. This is the second death.
