i think naay existing prohibition ang Simbahan regarding first cousin marriages. If you plan to marry your first cousin, you have to talk to the local ordinary (bishop) as it can be used as a ground for annulment. second cousin marriages is allowed though.
1st degree cousins are not allowed to marry each other, in church and in law, otherwise their marriage would be
void ab initio or invalid from the beginning, and no annulment can follow when there can be no valid marriage in the first place, cousin-partners will simply have to nullify their marriage in the proper courts not annul it..
