Laws-Laws guro sa Science
Hatag daw Facts sa Science nga adtung panahuna WALAY Bitin nga Nisulti, Naa kay Physical Evidence? or Scientific evidence?
Btw, ikaw man tong nag psot ani sa una sa?
-"The Biggest Trick Jesus did was to Trick/convince people the he Existed.."
So yeah, Science ka...![]()
You mean imperfect in terms of scientific accounts..of course di jud perfect ang bible scientifically kay dili man na scientific book in the first place..hehehe
i dunno what religion you're talking about bai but my religion surely didn't say that Science is the devil's work...Lol![]()
the Vatican even have their own scientific observatory..in Fact, there's a significant number of Catholic clerics who have had large contributions to Science. Gregor mendel for example also known as the "Father of Genetics"...was an Augustinian friar..daghan pang uban..
what? No...hehehe
The pillars simply mean the foundations of the earth...
Pillars are used as foundations for houses diba?
in metaphor, kung ikaw ang breadwinner...you are the pillar of your household..
now, why should this biblical verse be taken metaphorically...?
if you read 2 samuel chapter 2 where you can see the controversial "pillars" mentioned in context, you'll see that the author was talking about God's authority over everything and His sovereignty..and not about Scientific details regarding the earth's inner crust..hehehe
thus, "the pillars of the earth is His" meaning..ang Ginoo ang tag iya sa tibuok kalibutan..down to its very foundation.. and this doesn't mean that the bible suggest that the earth have Literal Pillars as its support..LOL
they were prohpets for Christ's sake, not scientists..LOL
they were not making things up, those people had divine revelations...not scientific ones...
kay abi dili scientific, buot2x na diay dayun? hahaha
scientific ba diay nang ingnun nimu imung mama nga i love you? diba dili...so nag buot2x ra diay ka whenever you say so? hehehehe..
divine revelations point out to the spiritual reality of Life and creation.. therefore, they don't need to know about atoms to speak the Truth about Creation and the Creator.
and nganu impamugos man jud nimu ang science sa bible? when they are 2 separate truths..
sige daw, kung ikaw ang Ginoo how would you reveal to moses that you created man knowing moses' capacity in terms of scientific knowledge?...would you talk to moses about evolution of species? of course NOT...you would reveal your Truth in ways Moses would understand.. otherwise, mag nosebleed to si Moses..Lol
now when your kid asks you about how parents make babies, would you tell your kid about the s3xual details? of course not, at least not until your kid comes of age..
i bet you'd tell your kid that babies are the product of mom and dad's love..
now, does that make your statement wrong? of course Not.
you're just explaining things in ways their immature mind would understand.
therefore, when your kid tells other kids that babies are made in their parents love...
your kid is telling the truth...just not in biological details. i hope you see my point.![]()
LOLthe bible did not specifically say that the earth is 6000 years old..people who took the literal view on biblical creation accounts said so...in other words, misinterpretation na..
ayaw paka sad.a ang bible oi..hehehehe
only if the Bible will be proven flawed in absolute sense, meaning in ALL known and unknown perspectives..kaso sa atheistic or non-christian perspective ra man...di pud ta kaingon nga scientific perspective kay perting daghang Christian nga mga Scientists..
Nope.. the biblical creation accounts have never been Scientific..
therefore, Science hasn't disproven anything in that case..well except for the claims of young earth creationism of course..hehehe...
hahaha! murag sayaw bai? twist2x..hehehe
metaphors can be expressed in simple sentences too..they don't have to be in poetic form..
example..kung muingon ko nga nagpangagot akong ngipun sa kalagot..
it means nga lagot jud kaayo ko...it does not necessarily mean nga nagkagot jud akong ngipun literally..hehehehe..a metaphor in plain and simple sentence.
so tell me, why should i take the biblical creation accounts literally when it is very possible that they are not to be taken literally?
i'd like you to read about theistic evolution, perhaps mas makasabut ka sa akoa and the Catholic Church's point of view.![]()

Unsaon pagminyo sa Catholic guy ug Baptist girl?
depende ra inyong sabut..pwede adto sa baptist nga church..pwede ra pud sa Catholic church..
both denominations hold the trinitarian view on God..the Catholic Church recognizes the validity of baptism for Trinitarian denominations..
if ever maka decide mu na sa Catholic Church mu..mas maayo ug mangutana lang mu sa church nga inyong minyoan ug unsay mga kinahanglanon..
- - - Updated - - -
akong miga kay gikasal sa Catholic Church..iyang bana kay protestant man to...ok ra man..archbishop palace nga chapel pa to nagminyo..hehehe..mas maayo ug mangutana nalang jud sila sa simbahan..pero sakto ka, i doubt if mosugot ang baptist nga bride..or ig mosugot man gani ang bride...ang pamilya murag dili jud..Lol
Depende, if maka hatag kag Hard Facts or Scientific Facts nga KADTUNG panahuna, kadtung specific nga bitin sa Bibliya WALA or Di Makasulti - Then you can call me Anything you want.
Pero if dili ka makahatag ngari - Aws ihatag imung personal details nko kay akoy magpa Appointment nimu sa psychiatric Ward sa VSMMC![]()
