So what would we Use to Validate the Perfectness of whats written on the Bible? Science?

If the perfect God didnt make the bible perfectly, why do you think its a reliable source of belief?

Mao ang problem karon, you incorporate science into the bible when your religion states that Science is the works of evil/witchcraft.

i dunno what religion you're talking about bai but my religion surely didn't say that Science is the devil's work...Lol
the Vatican even have their own scientific observatory..in Fact, there's a significant number of Catholic clerics who have had large contributions to Science. Gregor mendel for example also known as the "Father of Genetics"...was an Augustinian friar..daghan pang uban..

The pillars simply mean the foundations of the earth...
Pillars are used as foundations for houses diba?
in metaphor, kung ikaw ang breadwinner...you are the pillar of your household..

now, why should this biblical verse be taken metaphorically...?
if you read 2 samuel chapter 2 where you can see the controversial "pillars" mentioned in context, you'll see that the author was talking about God's authority over everything and His sovereignty..and not about Scientific details regarding the earth's inner crust..hehehe
thus, "the pillars of the earth is His" meaning..ang Ginoo ang tag iya sa tibuok kalibutan..down to its very foundation.. and this doesn't mean that the bible suggest that the earth have Literal Pillars as its support..LOL

Ay ko ingna kay way alamag ang mga tao nga nag buhat ana sauna? Kung wala man diay silay alamag sauna and not 'blessed' with the angels/holy spirit ang scripture na ilang gipamuhat, What makes it a viable source? now when your kid asks you about how parents make babies, would you tell your kid about the s3xual details? of course not, at least not until your kid comes of age..
i bet you'd tell your kid that babies are the product of mom and dad's love..

The problem with the answer is you only choose to believe what you deem is right, the bible also says that earth is 6,000 or 7,000 years old pa daw.. wouldn't that make the bible flawed & incomplete?

LOL the bible did not specifically say that the earth is 6000 years old..people who took the literal view on biblical creation accounts said so...in other words, misinterpretation na..

only if the Bible will be proven flawed in absolute sense, meaning in ALL known and unknown perspectives..kaso sa atheistic or non-christian perspective ra man...di pud ta kaingon nga scientific perspective kay perting daghang Christian nga mga Scientists..

Nope.. the biblical creation accounts have never been Scientific..
therefore, Science hasn't disproven anything in that case..well except for the claims of young earth creationism of course..hehehe...

Why do you twist the bible's words when its presented to you not in a mythical way or poem2x but in a straight and simple sentence..

metaphors can be expressed in simple sentences too..they don't have to be in poetic form..
example..kung muingon ko nga nagpangagot akong ngipun sa kalagot..
it means nga lagot jud kaayo ko...it does not necessarily mean nga nagkagot jud akong ngipun literally..hehehehe..a metaphor in plain and simple sentence.

so tell me, why should i take the biblical creation accounts literally when it is very possible that they are not to be taken literally?
