i love the people im with on my job.. if not then it's just some routine task you have to endure everyday. sweldo kay mo follwo ra.. i cant afford to work maski dako pa sweldo pero way au ang environment sa imo gi work. Dili na healthy... ako lang ni. lahi2x man kada usa

Monetary satisfaction is just secondary to me because I am more driven to work if I love my job and the people I deal with. They motivate me to do better each day at a given task and this what makes me get up from bed even if I barely have enough hours of sleep because my work now is more fulfilling and enriching.

If money was simply my major concern, I wouldn't have left my sales job who had given me way beyond I am getting now. Nothing beats working for something you believe in and love doing than a high-paying job which makes you feel miserable at the end of the day.

2 years ago, i can say that i love my work more than my heath even to say more that my boyfriend. Now i was transfer to another department, which is a very new task for me it's like i now work for my salary but i feel ashame bec.i know i am not doing well in my new task. but i am loving it right now, i take a new challenge for me and a new venture of mine.

For me, I love my current job more than the money i earn from it because I'm now working with one of the richest companies worldwide which follows the Technology Standards and Best Practices and besides then I have worked with the best talents, my college course I took up was not a waste and I have utilized my skills and experience in the field of Information and Communications Technology...

In fact, I earned more with my previous job but I didn't like it because I was not able to fully utilize my skills and experience and also my previous employer's IT dept. was the WORST and MOST INCOMPENTENT I've ever come across. Actually, I have verbally punished my previous employer's IT dept. because they had made a HUGE judgmental mistake as they immediately terminated my employment without giving me 2nd chance opportunity which I begged them before. sa first nako nga work i can say,
i love my job more, more than the compensation i got... im always looking forward to go to work... no dull moments, i enjoyed being with my colleagues, there were some trials but i surpassed them and it helped me a lot. Everytime i go back to cebu, i always visit my old colleagues, bring them to a dinner and drink at my expense, thanking them for building me for what i am now, been with them for almost 4 years... The second job was ok, i was paid more with some extras though i didnt last long as i was set to go abroad but i enjoyed their company as well, i made a good friendship with some of them, i visit them if i have a chance. Third job was useless, nothing good to say, pure hell. lol
my current job is ok, the pay is ok... i am the king of my time... i can go to the office without doing anything... i can go all day surfing the net though sometime it gets boring... i can travel to some countries as well all expense paid. whats not to love? lol
But if ever i have to choose, i still want to go back to my first job...
