    Cge putol2x akong connection wala pakoy 1 month nagpa taud. mga 10-15 mins maputol or reset connection, kaingon kog sa router pero akong gi direct putol2x man gihapon. try ni nakog tawag.

    I've been with bayan-tel for 4 months na, so far, mo kalit lang jud putol ang connection pero mo balik lang sad daun in an instant,. samok lang jud usahay..den basta peak hours kai mo hinay jud ang browsing, streaming ug p2p considering na 1.5mbps ang speed nila...mas kusog pa akong smart bro canopy sauna pero grabe lang jud to ka cgeg putol2 nya dugay pa jud mobalik mao ni balhin ko bayantel..arang2 nalang ni compare sa smart canopy though i think mas better ang pldt overall....

    hasol kaau cge ug refresh oi, makalagot, dugay pagyud mag loading.. mo reset gyud ang connection.. sa smart bro canopy wala gyud koy problema sa fup lang ko nag ka problema.pldt wala sad koy problema sauna sa technician rako nagka problema.pldt maoy nindot gyud.

    Try to replace your patch cable. Then perform a ping test again directly from the modem. If there are RTO's going to the gateway, call our Customer service 254-3633. Kung walay RTO then the problem must be in your PC already. Try to update your antivirus and scan your PC for viruses.

    Which internet cafe is this? We do not allow our business DSL packages for cafe's as this is not intended for their kind of usage. There is a separate package for icafe's.

    nag 1 month nq s bayantel (1.5 starter).. way ayu jd bsta mg skype (1 user rq) tsk tsk tsk...
    ay ay .naa p jd contract, pwd b ni ipa abot sa corte?..hehe
    i plan for disconnection...is it possible?!!!

    Have you reported your problem to our customer service already? Duda ko sa imo ra nang PC ang naay problem. Try using another PC for comparison.
