Well, with all due respect to you moonrose, I think the Sandiganbayan could arrange a procedure so that the things that you fear wont occur.

But I would like to cite an instance, Erap was not even allowed to deliver an eulogy. I dont think this is right. The restriction is too much and unreasonable.
the restriction is too much and it is very reasonable... theyre just doing what is right... if they allowed erap.. then whats next? to take some vacation? or take him to the hospital?.... erap should take good care of his health if hes planning to get back in the president seat..

Oh well, just because he has so many mansions here and abroad does nto make a plunderer. Â*Look If I may use your arguments, GMA and Mike Arroyo has so many mansions too? Why are they not being labeled as plunderer? Â*And why they are not jailed. Â*They committed same acts as Erap did.

    IMoonrose,

I dont think Erap would abuse by asking for a vacation. We all know Erap is a law abiding and meek person. Anyway, with the way the Government is treating him I could only say that indeed his human rights were violated somehow.

It is a PRIVILEGE because it is not enjoyed by other prisoners. Erap is supposed to be in jail. So why is he getting to stay in a mansion? Other prisoners don't enjoy that. So it is therefore a privilege.

I did not oppose that Erap is jailed. But now that it is slowly unravel that he really committed no crime all I would like to suggest is that the authorities should not be too harsh in treating him because he is not a criminal and an injustice has been done to his person. He was supposed to be President and he was removed for no apparent reason.
Plunder is no apparent reason? He's lucky he wasn't put up against a wall and shot. That's what they do in other countries.
