Default Erap's Trial: For President Again this 2010?

Wiretapped chat links Erap to slay, poll plot

MANILA -- Ilocos Sur Governor Luis "Chavit" Singson came out Thursday with his own version of a wiretapped conversation, this time implicating deposed president Joseph Estrada and Senator Panfilo Lacson.

The two were allegedly part of a plot to topple the administration of President Gloria Macapagal-Arroyo and replace it with a transition government to be headed by former President Fidel Ramos........

this recording is part of the so called 30 hour "mother-of-all" wiretapped tape conversations during the last national election..Erap did not deny that it was his voice..one of his plot was to kill pandak [GMA] and tanda [FVR] so that he can go back to power...

this really proves that what the Philippines have become now [the chaos and stuffs] are purely the works of our ill-fated-pea-brain president..none other done ERAP!

bai bert..divertion or not but it is still part of the 30HOUR wiretapped tape conversation together with the gma-garci's..chavit did the ryt thing in exposing this to the public so that we may know the other side of the coin...

the oppositons are perpetually chanting that gma should resign her post as president since she was a cheat during the last election...but who will replace her? another cheat?

indeed bro.. but question is.. will they deal with this in the same way they do with gloria's conversation? it purports that like ong, singson has willfully violated the law by his own admission to the media of possessing a copy of the wiretapped conversation (this time with erap), noting that the law is clear that mere possession of a wiretapped tape is a violation.. under the law deliberate and knowledgeable possession of said tapes constitutes a crime..

there could also be underlying intentions as to the timing.. if i were him, he could have exposed it as a preemptive measure against the gloriagate scandal.. perhaps things would not go out of proportion.. but then again, we all want the truth behind this.. should this be proven as authentic, then neither PGMA nor the opposition should take over.. perhaps it time for us to take matters and put into the position whoever proves to be very eligible..

huh?? part of the 30 hour gma-garci

Singson said Estrada's talk with Nazareno was part of the audiotapes of the wiretapped conversation allegedly between Arroyo and former election commissioner Virgilio Garcillano, but it was deleted by the opposition.

Estrada's spokesman, Didagen Dilangalen, wondered how Estrada could have been wiretapped since the former president is not allowed to use any phone in his rest house in Tanay, Rizal where he is under house arrest.

bitaw, is estrada allowed to use any communicatio device??

i agree giver_bert... both parties shouldnt be at the palace if both tape are true..

bitw.. naa naman thread pareha ani.

yeah.. main observation on erap's wiretapped conversation is the sound seems to be inconsistent (i've heard a part of it highlighting the said inconsistencies at last night's news) Â*but still, this should be investigated and be dealt accordingly..

about this conversation being part of the 30 hr tape refer to this one... it shows the inconsistencies. Â*https://www.istorya.net/forums/index.php?topic=41995.25 my 2nd to the last post.

Inangkonay man ni sila tanan nga ilaha, dayon pakapin ug ingon nga doctored ang uban conversation.

If this is true, nagpakita lang ni sa tinuod nga pagkatawo ni Erap. Maayo ra pud nga napriso. But we can't do anything about it na. THe issue is not about ERAP but about GMA
