Ok ra na TS ang condo kung kamo tanan sa imo family nagwork sa city. nya kaya ra ninyo ang mga monthly dues. naa advantages naa pod disadvantage. timbang timbanga lang jud una ka mo deside.

yes its all about location gud. what good is a condo if naa cya sa squatters area? mu.appreciate kaya ang price dha dapita? kanus.a pa kaha if ever man gani? what good is a condo if naa cya sa bukid? purpose of getting a condo is para duol ka sa tanan unya magpalayo na nuon ka sa sibilisasyon? saon nalang if naay emergency? or gutomon ka? nindot jud ng imung condo naa sa prime location. duol ra ka sa tanan needs nimo like food, work, school, hospital, etc. bsag unsa pa na ka nindot imung unit unya its located in the middle of nowhere, it defeats the purpose of owning one. basically it would be just a waste of money.

I'd buy a house and lot bro. If nag think ka sa imo family and your future, mabilin na nimo ang house and lot.. If condo, aftr a couple off decades, guba nana.. Imo unit, t.y. sad.. Kung house and lot ka, maka benefit pa imo mga apo..

Developments in these areas are still growing as of present time thus you will be assured the price growth of your investment within the next 10-20 years.
