Possible Ña bro mubarato Kung ma bankrupt ang mga business/commercial inside the Cebu Business Park and IT Park. But Kung naa Lang gihapon ang mga business/commercial, I highly doubt mubarato Ña. I am looking/ thinking of Makati, Ortigas, Fort Boni. I am talking only of the Ayala condos ha. Kay naa pud mi nadungan Ña mga condos Ña wala kuno Kaayo nahalin Kay bati location. Prime location, name/brand, developer, among other things has everything to do with the value and price appreciation of the place. Location is one factor among many other factors that determines the price.

Your needs will justify whether getting a condo unit is a good investment or not. You can only tell whether it is a good investment or not if it caters your needs. Needs that aren't only for short term but long term as well. Before getting one, plan it well.

If you notice our condos (Ayala) are strategically located in VERY PRIME locations namely Cebu Business Park which will be the future Makati of Cebu and Cebu IT Park which will be the future Bonifacio Global City. Developments in these areas are still growing as of present time thus you will be assured the price growth of your investment within the next 10-20 years.

it may not entirely since there are other factors to consider but the location and the developments around it play a very big factor in the price. Prime Locations with very good developments around the vicinity are priced higher because of the convenience and accessibility that you will get.
