Exercise consistency is the key and eating the right amount of foods will do the trick. Following a very strict diet will help but will just serve as a plus. The point is that, we have to keep our metabolism up all the time and burn all those stubborn tummy fats. Abdominal muscles will just show once the fat percentage is very low. Example, those runners don't usually do a lot of crunches and sit-ups but still they've got those abs.
12-15% body fat - yes but barely.
6-9% more define. 6% is usually the ideal for bodybuilding or any physique contest cos that's when you're ripped and "dry"

@Figyet: bro.. kahibaw ka ngao dika maka get sa 6 pack? because of the negative thinking... nothing or no one in the world can help you unless you change this attitude.. instead of saying "i'll try" why don't you say "I'll do it" instead? di ba postitve.. kaya ra na!
