1. SHOCK & DENIAL
2. PAIN & GUILT
3. ANGER & BARGAINING
4. "DEPRESSION", REFLECTION, LONELINESS (i hate this part)
5. THE UPWARD TURN
6. RECONSTRUCTION & WORKING THROUGH
7. ACCEPTANCE & HOPE
-- been hurt really bad previously and all I can say is.. when you try to cheat yourself by insisting that you are already on the 7th stage, I'm afraid it will really go back to that specific stage where the situation is supposed to be.
