What should be done in order to revitalize Filipino movies? (I'm not talking about just Tagalog movies)

I believe the quality of filipino movies is slowly improving. take for example, tanging yaman, crying ladies, milan. they're real, decent movies and that's way better than the bold, sexy films of yesteryears.

i just believe that all filipinos should learn to support pinoy movies.
