Superman can absorb solar energies, but anti-sun is poison to him despite what he says(it's "anti" for a reason dumb Superman lol). J'onn even hears him suffering, but since he's Superman he does it anyway and saves half the Milky Way Galaxy from utter annihilation with a smile on his face.

Thor doesn't have enough power to defeat Superman, while Superman has the power to beat him.

yes, he wasn't. he was very pissed off though, and the punches Diana took were all Earth shattering, probably even more. Superman can already shatter dwarf planets while holding back. so much more if he's actually fighting with the intent to kill.

Hela possesses the conventional attributes of an Asgardian woman (“goddess”) as well as certain special abilities that pertain to her role as a local death goddess. As a goddess of death, Hela holds her power of life and death over her kinsmen, the gods of Asgard. She can also touch perfectly healthy Asgardians and kill them with the touch if she so chooses. She also has the power to restore life to recently diseased gods as long as their spirits have not left the sheaths of their bodies. Hela is able to travel about in her astral form, possessing the same powers of death as her physical form has. Because of her Asgardian metabolism, she does not have any limitation on the amount of time she can spend out of her physical form, unlike mortal astral projectionists.

Hela has vast mystical powers which she can use for various effects like limitless astral projection while retaining many of her powers and abilities, firing deadly bolts of energy from her hands which can kill even Asgardians, levitation and the creation of illusions. Her most powerful ability is her Hand of Glory, a technique that used mystical energy to enhance the strength of her punch to kill even an Asgardian.

As a Death Goddess, Hela has a pact with Death, allowing her to claim the souls of any worshipper of the Asgardians and the Asgardians themselves and take them to Hel or Niffleheim, as well as able to travel nearly anywhere within the Nine Worlds in an instant. While Hela's touch is fatal to mortals as well and she is capable of stealing their souls into Hel, she generally did not claim the souls of mortal heroes, leaving that task to the Valkyries who took the souls of heroes to Valhalla. she can kill a healthy human or even Asgardian with a single touch, her "touch of death." Hela is also willing to use her illusions to kill living Asgardians. Hela also has the ability to restore a dead Asgardian to life provided their spirits have not passed on to the afterlife, but she rarely used these abilities.
