a lot of tupperwares do abound in this industry,,yeah sucks right...Good thing there are a lot of hotties albeit quite high maintenance as well..I have lived a hedonistic life 4 d past 5 years with this, if not for the girls I would have been dead.tsk tsk..its a killer job no doubt about it but it pays the bills and some other fringe benefits ,,,going horizontal w some diff . babe every other week...hehehe..
Tips :
work hard party even harder,have an open mind on criticisms on key areas to improve, focus on ur self and ur stats ,never compare but 2 ur self only, then u'd be good to go and ready to Rock on!!

kasagaran mga call center agents kuno kay mga hambogero/hambogera... Half True, I think we are still on the stage na ang mga twao nakalitan sa ila new job and an industry that is trying to soak our culture.... I totally AGREE sa uban na statements nila but, not all. If you have tried working sa BPO industry not only in CALL CENTERS, you will understand sa culture ila gi follow. However, we are a country of WORKERS so most of us here work hard to attain a certain goal. KISS ASS is definitely true! but not only sa CALL CENTER lang.. Even sa gobyerno, school ug conventional companies....
It is so true that other studied so hard sa ila course then sa CALL CENTER ra tagak... the reason FINANCIAL! ma nursing ka. education. law, engineer, commerce ug unsa pa diha? Basta naay trabaho... Sad to say that CALL CENTER AGENTS has bigger salary compared sa uban... REASON skills and not only sa COMM but know how SKILLS with a lot of pasensya and LOGIC needed. TECH and sales people are one of the highest paid agents because sa ila SKILLS! imagine solving an issue by just using your so called VOICE..We cannot blame other people murag HAMBUGERO because nakalitan sila! niagi pud siguro sila na depress sila sa previous job or sa school... All boils down on how your are being brought up by your FAMILY and not just by your parents... ATTITUDE matters... You can really check who are tenured and kinsa ang bago just base on how they act... Ang mga nangaraan na relax ra!
running 3 yrs nako sa call center and i've seen a lot of assholes sa floor (sorry ha) but, one thing i learned... we are all equal outside work... You can also classify anLifestyle matter! Until now I havn't tried dringking STARRRRRBACKKSS not because mahal... wa koy makuha sa sige ug CAPE na mahal... anyway opinion ra ni.. For all the guys in the BPO industry make our country proud! Goodluck sa mga pips who wants to be a BPO employee... Don't WORK HARD but, WORK SMART!!!

some are true and some are not...i've been working in a call center for a couple of yrs bt i thnk nothing's change with my attitude..b4 i was employed here i used to dislike those who work on a call center bcoz they're so hambugiro, specially those who wears jacket even if they're on a jeepney, oa kau noh!and some are always bringing their tumbler bsan naa sa mall...grrr!!! and the worst is they always use their id...it's like their saying "i work on a call center, f*ck u dnt!" haha... anyway, it only depends sa person if ma change ba jd cya coz most of my workmates here ar ok, simple lng jd and there are some agents are not-so-nice....
