    ako nahibaw.an na kng m.resign ka naa jd na clearance signan.. basaha lng sd ang nka.butang sa clearance b4 ka m.sign n pangutana kng mtagaan ba ka ug COE.. ingn ako teacher na lawyer na kng wa ka k.sign ug contract sa imo g.trabaho.an cla mn dw ang agrabyado n d ang employee..

    so lets just say na-doctor nimu ang COE.. the company would still ask for BIR 2316, Summary or ur SSS contributions etc.. it goes on and on..

    same thing what my lawyer friend told me.
    she says if u dont read the contract then its ur fault.
    basin didtu pa lang wala nakabutang ang terms COE
    tapos wala pa jud ka nag ask sa HR then its gonna be
    someone elses demise.

    d na pwede ka basta2x terminate ang isa ka company sa ilang mga employees if walay valid reason..
    bisan probi ra ka..
    pwede na i reklamo sa DOLE! ma kasuhan cla ana

    they could verify cguro sa hospital if they want para ma prove nga naa kay experience though you dont have any supporting documents...

    actually you can tell your employer that you may not be able to get a hold of a certificate of employment from your previous employer kay dili ka nila tagaan if wala pa kay 2 years. im sure they would understand and dili man na siya importante ng certificate of employment. pang 201 file ra man na siya. as long as you are qualified wala na na sila labot anang imong certificate.
