ang OCTAGON kay walay ayu..palit mi before ug router, ang mga nag test dili kamau..amung reklamo kay dili mu load ang mga websites, yahoo ug google ra..nya pag test, ana sila ok raman..nya when we asked kung gi test nila using the internet, wala daw kay walay internet connection ang store.. nya pag configure, pataka lang ug pislit, akong hubby na lang nagtudlo how to get the router to work.. haay..amu na lang gipailisdan ang among napalit na router..

Bitaw, I've assembled a lot of computer for friends and relatives and I always help them with the PARTS buying. (No particular order)
1. NUTech kay grabeh kamahal ug prices then gamay ug stock, what you see is all there is, and mura pa jd ug old stocks panaawon ang ila baligya.
2. Sa PCQuickbuys, dapat ka mananag-an kung kinsa taga-store kay way uniform, murag customer tanan! Saonz nalang makapangutana unya ta ug fellow buyer. Usa pa, paet kaau na ila pricelist! Naa unta ka ganahan, hain wa man diay stocks and kasagaran na mga nindot na parts nila kay orderonon pa! maoh! Kakapoy ra ug balik2x!
3. Octagon kay dako unta pero mahal ug price unya not much mapilian. Gadako lang na ila store, maypa ang PCX, bisan gamay2x lugar, utilized kaau.
4. Electroworld SM - maypa manira. wa jud ayo2x didto, pasagdan ra jud ka. lami lagi iadto unya molingkod ra ka then matulog, pabugnaw! hahahha!! 1 thing i noticed also, even after pila ka ka months wa kaadto, inig adto nimo, murag wa jud nausob, mao gihapon imo makita!

Pareha ra nang tulo ka NUtech..ma.SM, ma.emall, or main branch nila...gawas na pwerting mahala puros mangingilad p jd (add non-knowledgeable staff to that combo)...

years ago, i had no knowledge on computer hardware... they rip'd me off, was paying right for specs that were not what i paid for... g.ilisdan ang memory og lower memory, ang HDD g.ilisdan og lain sad..tabla lagi tulis sa atubangan (kay wa mn ko computer knowledge pa ato tyma)..naa pay videocard na utro sad, dli mao ako g.bayran... ang naa sa receipt FX5500 pero ang nakataud MX4000...hayz... basta inutil na na-store.. bantay lng jd mo ana nila, kung wa mo knowledge og Computer...ayaw nalng mo testing dha sa NUtech...kay puros mangingilad na dha!!

bro..grabeha sd nmo oi....wla mn sd kay kalooy..asa mn nga computer store nga maau kay mo treat nmo..(cguro PCX nsd noh)dli ko sa nutech bro, pro work ra ghapon ko sa I.T. field..cge ko visit ani nga thread, pro krn plng ko kpa register ug post ug comment..

@tomchaplin: pardon mr. kazki, i bet you'll feel the same if it was you being the victim. although he overstated it by using the word 'PUROS', I certainly hate people taking advantage of other people's lack of knowledge.

PS: I don't know why you said 'cguro PCX nsd noh'. It's as if you have something against them when PCX just stands out as they deserve with there quality of service even before they arrived here in Cebu.

ambot lng nka experience ko dha sa pcquickbuys.. medyo dugay jud matagad ang customer... dghan man ta cla mga sales rep... compared to pcex... gawas nga nindot ilang lugar sa jones... dali rjud kaayo matagad ilang mga customer... naa dayon.. mangita kag stocks naa dayon mangita kag price naa dayon...

pinaka-bati ang PC QuickBuys, dili dayun mutagad ug customer, gapamili. Niadto ko didto naka-short lng, nasuko na lng ko ayha ko natagad. gipang-una ang mga customers nga desente. Utro sad ang Octagon, bati ug treatment sa mga posibleng ma-customer, mata-pobre sad. nindot kaayo mupalit ug butang unya sunugan lang sa ilang atubangan.

thats why first option jud nako ang PCX, then nutech sa dayun ayha ng duha. ang kulang lng sa nutech is ilang knowledge jud.

mostly computer sales personnel dont have pc at home.... a little bit knowledge lang. so they prefer/read the manual instead.

problem is, magpakaron-ingnon man gud usahay. when they can just politely say that they don't know or dont have enough knowledge about that certain product, kay usahay kita pa hinuon ang makapa-tudlo nila, and that would be helpful later kung naay customers na magpatabang nila...
