Why should an omniscient god make people knowing they are going to hell anyway?

an omniscient god knows everything. he certainly knows who will go to heaven and who will go to hell. so why bother create beings who he knows would end up in hell anyway?

if god is punishing the people in hell, then does it mean they still have a chance to go to heaven?. because if its not then punishment is pointless..
because when you are being 'punished'...it only means you can still change/repent for the better good. right?.

hell is describe within the 5 senses of human beings, which is then being process by the brain.
when we die, the brain dies (do you agree?). so how can a "spirit" process this senses?.
