imho, its not just pleasing the customer that many are displeased about... its about the salespersons attitude toward customers (e.g. dili i-entertain basta "rugged", arrogant with a know-it-all attitude). pleasing the customer is the next step after sya ma-entertain.Originally Posted by tatam

one more thing. imho, its the shop's task to make a good impression on their customers. how else would they rack up their clients?
