Good enough but not most hardwares are tackled out. Like a basic router, I have returned my newly bought super-G router few hours ago for the Wide Area Network port is not functioning, obviously a factory or shipment fault. I have told the tech about the WAN port problem but he was checking the LAN ports (sigh) when I observed him in a distance minutes later. If I didnt went inside their technical area, I would have reach for hours waiting for him to diagnose what is really the culprit of the failure.
The no good part that I nearly pissed off was, he transfered to another task. I dont know why he did it; maybe due to he cant figure it out what was really the problem and transfered to another task to maximize the time. But he shouldn't did it for its unfair in my part. He transfered task to another customer's but didn't finished mine. He should have openly asked me due to I might give an assist. I nearly scolded him for that. Luckily there was a beautiful girl sitting besides me that cools off my head and heart, yay.
