For the temporal dimension of editing, I recommend the spectacular Joe Averagy BATMAN BEGINS by Christopher Nolan. Watch the flashbacks and exposition in the beginning. And if you're looking for graphic match check out the opening the swarm of bats transforms into that shot gliding on the bushes. - The scene that leads to a young Bruce and Rachel playing in the garden.

Likewise, for a more mindboggling experience in this dimension of storytelling and editing take a look at Nolan's earlier work MEMENTO

    that's interesting...

While it is true that The Witness has a few technical flaws. i just think that it would be unfair to judge all cebuano productions from a 9-minute film but that's just me.

And by the way, we did use cookies. and yes, they are cheap. heck, ours was even free.

anyway, thank you for the criticism and taking time to evaluate the film on a technical point of view.

    on with making films.

I didn't see through those flaws because I was amazed and envious at the rigid austerity of the way the film was shot. That, alone is SOMETHING.
