What makes you quit from your previous job?

coz im no longer happy with my work and coz im not happy i cannot bring out the best in me in my work

I quit for 3 reasons.

1. 2 years nako sa company and yet my salary didnt increase not even maski 1% wa jud nya my job became more conplicated and acting supervisor ko ug kalit ato na time tungod niresign amu supervisor. Pang supervisor ako duties and responsibilities and they didnt give an increase maski gamay.

2. Sometimes magkuwang mi ug employee and mao sometimes 2 shifts ako ma-duty kay kuwang ug employee lagi. 16 hours duty consecutive 3 days. Ug sa mga following weeks nabalik npd 16hrs duty. Lutaw au akong utok. 6am-10Pm ako duty di ka malaen.

3. GIKAPOY ko, nagkasakit pud ko sa akong trabaho. Galagot kos manager, kay ambi muresign ko dha nako gi-offeran ug supervisor rate. Haskang naman lang jud. Wa ko mahangul sa sweldo sa supervisor basta ang ako di nako makaduty ug 16hrs!

I am working with my last company for three years now and have well-read a bunch from working with some wonderful people. I worked my method up to local sales boss 18 months ago and my province has strike my sales projections by at smallest amount 25% every sector since. But still, I am opening to feel like I necessitate some new challenges. This situation really appeals to me since it would permit me to run a superior team and wholesale more ground-breaking or innovative stuffs.

kung pwede palang magdawat ug sweldo bisag walay trabahoon di jud muresign. saon taman. naka resign ko sauna kay minimum ang sweldo pero topnotch kang effort. kaduha resign kay kapoy magtan-awsa payslip dako kayug bawas sa tax way increasay haha
