    Default What are the effects of termination from a previous job if you already have a new job


    Kinsa man naay IDEA about sa akong suliran.. Bag-o lang ko naka recieve og notice letter sa akong previous company that they terminated my employment with them.. I have a new job already before I knew that I got terminated from my previous company(because I thought I resigned). Before I was hired with this new company, they did a background check up with my previous supervisor and eventually I got the job..(maybe akong previous na Sup kay wala nisulti og bati coz tarong man jud ko and didn't know na e terminate ko sa HR bcoz of NCNS).. So I got the job.. Now my problem is of course this new company is going to require me a Certificate of Employment of w/c I am sure na maka secure ko from my previous company. Now, what I'm worried about is that will this termination from my previous company will make a damage on my employment for this new company even if I'm already hired if they're going to make me submit my CoE?.

    ang akong AWOL (NCNS) wala nako gi declare .. ang termination sa lain pud employer wala rai effect
    ang sa COE naka suway kai from start to end of service raman
    basta wala lang mo abot ug 1 year ang imo pag trabaho nila pwede ra i drama nga wala ma regular bwaahaha

    Aw...dli dai mo reflect sa CoE? Toink di mada dli e declare kay na declare na nako sa new company.. start na unta ko but blema sa coe.. and taud-taud pud ko didto. sayang if dli magamit. hahaha.. paet.. wrong moves lagi kaau.. Neweiz, thnx sa opinion..

    aw hinu-on humana man sad ko nila gi background check...ga start na man ko..nakadawat na gani ko sa ilang first pay.. ako blema inig hatag nako sa akong CoE.. Basin makalagay na I was terminated.. Paksit ang baby ani..

    TS:

    did you submit resignation letter before u left the company? if not then your previous company will not issue a CoE for you. you must return all your accountable with them. they might think you will use it specially the ID in other means. the reason why they issue a notice for termination is to be sure they will not liable of what will you do against them. better to ask your immediate supervisor about your situation now for him/her to explain the HR or you may write an explaination letter cum resignation. better to be safe, terminated employee from previous company is a demerit when evaluation come in your probitionary period or even in your promotion. good luck....

    para sa ako d na mo affect ang terminated sa CoE kay sila bitaw usa sad sa reason maong na terminated ka
