Kinsa man naay IDEA about sa akong suliran.. Bag-o lang ko naka recieve og notice letter sa akong previous company that they terminated my employment with them.. I have a new job already before I knew that I got terminated from my previous company(because I thought I resigned). Before I was hired with this new company, they did a background check up with my previous supervisor and eventually I got the job..(maybe akong previous na Sup kay wala nisulti og bati coz tarong man jud ko and didn't know na e terminate ko sa HR bcoz of NCNS).. So I got the job.. Now my problem is of course this new company is going to require me a Certificate of Employment of w/c I am sure na maka secure ko from my previous company. Now, what I'm worried about is that will this termination from my previous company will make a damage on my employment for this new company even if I'm already hired if they're going to make me submit my CoE?.
