    Darth Vader, Good Question but you already answered it too. its the 2nd one, but its always evolving according to the practioner. Same as yang style there is the short and long form. I've heard from a friend that it is also evolving. According to the application you are also right that it is base on the practioners expierience. Well the names of the forms can't be change since thats what is being called or it is the norm that a particular form is called like repulse monkey, wave in clouds, insert needle etc.

    Keep on practicing Guys. Peace

    @kyla_bacs,
    nice to hear boxing as a cardio work out, but throwing stones after running? I don't think so. As a martial artist
    we are trained, instructed of various techniques at our disposal to defend ourselves and our love ones. This is only
    being use depending on the situation. But if a person has doubt or not being sure to himself, better to run and live for the day
    than hurt or dead ad the case may be. Wala gyud makasagang sa bala kay di gyud na makaila ug tawo, unless naka bullet proof vest ka. ( he,he,he,he,he- Joke lang )

    keep on praticing mga bro and peace.
