Yes mine is hard modded and us ver.
Im not sure of firmware ver but i guess 4.2? or 4.0

First of all, tink pasitib... wa'g kang aayaw koyah. The fact nga makaplay pakag games pasabot wa nahilabtan ang imung system files for loading back-up games... Pero ang imung System Menu seems pretty messed up. Agen... okeh rana, mapangitaan panag paagi labi nang maka-reinstall ghapon ka sa imung previous Sys Menu (using NUS Downloader or from other sites). Pero ayaw sa na buhata. Susihun sa nato'g tarung... lemme give you some probing question first:

what was the last thing you did to your console before you've noticed the problem? (E.g. IOS installation, firmware update, imu gluwaan or whatever... nyahahah)

What was your previous system menu region and version?

What is your Wii's Serial Number? Coz the method of fixing it could also depend WHEN your Wii was manufactured coz lain na nga hardware ilang gigamit sa latest for anti-piracy endeavors. I just hope it's below LU64... (If libog ka asa ngita serial, awang karton sa imu wii, or sa likud sa imung unit mismo)

Do you have any SD cards inserted in your wii upon entering the settings menu? If you do, try removing it and re-enter the settings menu.

I think ver of my wii was 4.1U or 4.2U im not sure...
I try with SD and without SD but same problem
I install homebrew then dont know which program i run... mura ios downgrader

hmmm... what steps did you took when you used ios downgrader? Any critical observations like error messages or something? Naa bai namention nga IOS15 and IOS36? if naa, how were they stated?

Duda ko, na downgrade ang IOS responsible sa Sys Menu Settings... as a result, wa mitugma ang bag-ong IOS (which is downgraded ver...usually 3.2) sa current Sys Menu Settings command (nga paminaw nako 4.0).

Mudagan pa man kaha imung homebrew channel? naa kai WAD Manager? How about NUS Downloader? Naa koi namugna nga solusyun gud pero i have to admit nga risky.

Try daw downloading Wad Manager 1.5 or ang latest... i-google lang ghapon.

Unya... tubaga palihug akung mga pangutana nga wa pa nimu na-answer para maka susi ta'g tarung. hehehe (see my prev. post)

Agen, naa bai error ang imung IOS Downgrader when you last ran it? if not, what were the messages? Have you tried redoing the downgrading process? (coz occasionally, nai mga processes sa mga homebrew apps nga mukalit lag error, and what i usually do about that is to redo the process so that dili corrupted ang output files)

And as for downgrading, i usually use Trucha Bug Restorer, if ang main purpose for downgrading is to restore the trucha bug. Di man guru pwede links dere so i-google lang ghapon and try running it (at your own risk. hehe)

Also, there is a crucial step before doing firmware updates that is usually undermined by softmodders that will eventually result to bricks, and that is installing a patched IOS60. So before doing a firmware update,make sure you install the patched IOS60 first.

If all else fails... ako nalang na imung wii and basin maayu pa ko na then ibaligya nakog mas mahal. *evil laugh* bitaw, while checking for similar problems, i found this 'Semi-brick fix disc for all three regions (updated) by bushing' - itype lang sa google. Wa pako kasuwai ana but hopefully it'll work for ya. Basaha lang jud tarung brad kai i think naa pud nai mga requisite files.

Nangaboang tanan tao (8-40 years old) diri ug Just Dance. Kung kapoyan balik na pud New Super Mario Bros. Wii. Grabe kaayo ka saba tibuok adlaw tungod sa Just Dance ug New Super Mario Bros.Wii. Gamay na lang gyud hassle kung SD na tanan Wiiwares pud. Always gyud 4 players para mas supermaka-appreciate ka ug Wii nga dili kalupig ang Xbox and PS3. Other games dali ra gyud lalison nga mas nindot ang ubang consoles. Had this thing since 2007 pa gyud. 30 thousand plus na ako gasto. Hayahay ang karon pa makapalit kay naa pa seldom used baligya lang ug 8000, pero palitan dayon ug 3 wiimotes, hack dayon all possible features, palit dayon balance board, buy kunohay all best-selling wii and wiiware games sa vgchartz list and invite anybody and everybody whenever you can.

Highest rated game na ba kaha ang Super Mario Galaxy 2 kay grabe naman ang scores sa ign ug gamespot 10/10? Anyway, ang pinaka-bag-o namo na lingaw kay ang Super Mario Galaxy 2 ug init kaayo ang laban sa "Art of Balance". hard modded ko since 2007, never had any problems with any dvd games, any problems before kay tungod dili ko kamao mo-hack sa wii properly. Sakto ka dili ra pambata. for all gyud siya. naa ko hardcore xbox360 cousin nga kung mo-ari kay dili matulog sa no more heroes ug uban. Giduwa lang ang wiiware Lost Winds in one sitting. But kung gusto gyud siya hardcore adto gyud siya sa ako Desktop PC. Pero kung pambata ug para sa tanan gubot gyud kaayo sa wii. Gubat (call of duty), pakauwaway(warioware), away, sulog-sulog, suya-ay, cooperation, physical exercise (wii fit), and relaxation (endless ocean, aquarium).
