I had terrible experience both in Manila and Cebu, but my friends dig the unli-rice (i can barely finish 1 cup)... i think it's about time they have customer service training... in fact there should a commission that would require all establishments to undergo such training!

Gkan mi grocery so imagine sa ako ka gutom ako gi ingnan ang manager panirado na lng mo, maau gani gi am-aman ko sa ako misis ug ni order na lng unsa naa nila nga meal, gi ingnan tong isa sa serbedor sa rice sa manager na bantayan amu table so bawi sa abtik sa refill.

ikaduha kai sa APM, init au so decided to try ilang halo2x, willing to wait 10 minutes...
15 mins later nakabantay ko 3-4 ka customer na kami ga una ug order na serban na sa ila food, ako gi check ug tu-a amu halo2x ga display ra wa jud nka huna huna ug serve sa amu table unless wa nku gcheck... ahayst pagka tanga na man lng jud ning staffs sa mang inasal wherever you go!

First of all, I would like to clarify that I don't have grudge against Mang Inasal... I just hate one particular branch, the one in JCentre Mall... Their service is horrible!

Last night, I ordered SM1. They said that the waiting time is 20 minutes so I agreed. After 20 minutes, my order has not been served yet. I decided to give them a grace period of 10 minutes since there were many customers at that time. So after 30 minutes, I asked a waiter why my order is not yet served. Then I was informed that my order is not available and I was advised to change order.

This is really irritating. They made me wait for 30 minutes for NOTHING. And hadn't I asked them about my order I wouldn't be informed that it's not available! I was waiting there for 30 minutes thinking that they're already preparing my order but it turned out to be the opposite.

kasuway ko sa sm moa branch nila dagku kaayo ila chicken og juicy pa naglisud ko og hurot...pag uli nako diri cebu nangaon mi sa sm mabolo - mang inasal dugay na, paig pa gagmay pa gyud ang serving sa manok...makatagam.

Ang branch na gnahan ko sa service kay sa SM Consolacion branch. okay ra ang service, basin na timingan lang cguro na gamay ra ug tao. ang dli nako gnhan kay sa parkmall.

maglarsians nlng ko... or BBQ sa tabi2x...hehe.. i think dli mn cguro dghan ug preservatives kysa J or M and naay timing sa pagluto sa ila food.. mao lisod e-store.. if dli mahalin, lutuon, half cook, then inig ugma, medyo uga na inig serve sa imong order... IMO..
