
lain2 man ang advice sa mga fitness instructors, naay uban mo ingon nga if it hurts like hell, then you are not doing it right, ug kapoy kaau, it might just stress you out causing to release a chemical in the brain named serotonin that will hinder the body from burning fat or losing weight. ang pinaka importante, its not hurting you and you are enjoying it, if carry ra ang insanity workout, then go but im sure this is not for everyone
oh yea that's what i was doing. my hubby is doing it with me and watching him go for it helps me soldier on hehehe.
Update!! Day 4 (cardio recovery) thank goodness for that!! Felt awesome!!

guys unsa inyo shoes gi gamit? ayaw kuno running shoes gamita. nagmahay ko ngano running shoes ako gamit. injured ko.
